As the last bit of snow and ice melt away, the first hints of green begin to peek out from every corner.  Chilly mornings give way to warm, breezy afternoons and the bluebirds sing their happy song.  Spring is here, jump for joy!

It’s the season of rebirth and rejuvenation, a time to enjoy the bounty of mother nature’s sights, sounds, smells… and of course, tastes.  Fresh, juicy fruits like blueberry, raspberry, peach and mango excite the senses and are delicious when made into cool, creamy gelato or sorbetto.  So hop to it!  Visit your local gelateria for new flavors made daily – and don’t forget to bring your “peeps” with you.
