Manufacturing and Ingredients Have Never Looked or Tasted So Good

CONCORD, N.C. (April 14, 2010) - U.S. specialty dessert manufacturer PreGel AMERICA, today, announced the unveiling of their new corporate videos. A series of four videos, each one provides an in-depth look at PreGel as a company, from its Italian origins to its newest state-of-the-art training facility. PreGel says viewers of the videos will be pleasantly surprised by the splendor of their manufacturing complex located in the small town of Concord, North Carolina.

"The first question I always get is ‘what is PreGel [pronounced incorrectly as pree-guhl]?' Using words to explain our tremendous operation sometimes isn't enough," said Marco Casol, president and CEO, PreGel AMERICA. "The videos allow us to visually tell our story and offer a glimpse into our Italian heritage all while delighting appetites."

PreGel's new videos are available for viewing on the company's Web site  as well as streamed at trade show events and the company's YouTube channel. The  series of videos document PreGel's chapter in the history of gelato, provides a guided tour of the PreGel AMERICA facility and an up-close and personal look at PreGel AMERICA's world-class professional training center and products. Each video is titled by its topic; Heritage, Culture, Training and Ingredients. The Italian aesthetic throughout the company's walls and dynamic footage of delicious specialty desserts allows viewers to truly comprehend the commitment this company has made to the U.S. market.

"I overheard an attendee from one of our 5-Star Chef Series say, ‘[PreGel] is what all chef's dream about...' and it has stayed with me ever since," said PreGel Marketing Manager Jillian Hillard. "We had to capture the essence of what everyone feels when they step foot into PreGel AMERICA's facility because the awe is so inspiring, and I think these videos accomplish that."
